Rogue Impact at 2/1 is a credible threat. Fringill Dike at 13/8 is the smarter play. He dominated a handicap at this course last time by nine lengths, down 7lb in the weights and dropped in class. First-time blinkers are an unknown, but connections have clearly made a deliberate move here and Sean Quinlan knows what he is riding. He is well treated on his better form, handles this trip on decent ground, and the price represents genuine each-way value in a four-runner race.

Authorised Speed tops the figures but comes with a two-year layoff and conditions not entirely ideal for him. He is a watch rather than a bet at 4/1. Gateau De Miel ran well two starts back but regressed sharply in higher grade since. Stick with the Market Rasen specialist.
