Choices Peridot won at this grade on 29 May from Trap 4 (1.5 lengths, 2.88 odds) and has recent form reading “14164” across the last five runs. He showed a sharp comeback win in the last completed A7 race and carries decent odds profile. However, his most recent race (3 June) ended sixth, suggesting form may be patchy. Ballymac Kenzie has six consecutive third-place finishes at A8 level from Trap 1 and has won just once in the last six weeks. His form is steady but lacks the punch to win this upgrade to A7.
